Alicia Keys and Swizz Beatz welcomed their second son early Saturday morning.
"The joy of joy is joy!! It's a boy!! we are so grateful!! #blessings!!" Keys wrote on Sunday, announcing the birth of Genesis Ali Dean with a photo of his sweet baby footprints. Baby Dean was born at 1:52 a.m. and weighed in at 6 pounds and 5 ounces, according to the photo.
Keys said on The View earlier this year that her due date was December 31, so Genesis arrived right on time. Son Egypt Daoud Dean just turned 4 in October. We like how the name vaguely follows the Biblical feel of Egypt. Swizz Beatz, born Kasseem Dean, has three other children from his previous marriage.
