Word just came from across the pond that none other than It Brits Cara Delevingne and Cressida Bonas are about to be costars. The movie is called Tulip Fever, and it boasts Christoph Waltz and Harvey Weinstein as star and producer, respectively. Filmmaker Justin Chadwick (Other Boleyn Girl) will direct.
The 17th-century love story — based on the best-selling novel by Deborah Moggach — is about an illicit affair between a painter and his wealthy muse. Delevingne and fellow British gal-about-town Daisy Lowe will play the artist's models. Bonas will, appropriately, take on the role of the wealthy society lady.
It's a huge coup for the 25-year-old Bonas, as this will be her first-ever film gig. She reportedly broke things off with Prince Harry in order to carve out her own career, and it seems like things are going pretty well for her so far. Keep an eye out for Tulip Fever to hit the big screen in 2015. (Evening Standard)
