The Kate Middleton Effect Strikes Again (& We’re Not Surprised)

Tory Burch is definitely feeling the love today, and she's got Kate Middleton to thank for it. The duchess of Cambridge stepped out in one of the designer's resort '14 dresses for a public outing while in New Zealand, with her royal arm candy, Prince George, in tow. And, fashion hysteria ensued. The frock has already sold out on both Net-A-Porter and Nordstrom.com, and we can't seem to find the style on Burch's e-shop either.
Clearly, the Kate Middleton effect is alive and well. The duchess wears something, and it subsequently sells out everywhere. But, really, who else could incite such a shopping frenzy? Although, let's not overlook the seriously cute sailboat shortalls Prince George is sporting for his first official engagement — this is one baby that came dressed to impress. (And, those chubby cheeks are just too adorable.)
