When it comes to beauty knockoffs, we're all for a little healthy competition — after all, imitation is what motivates brands to create products that no one else has thought of yet. But, how far is too far? As reported by the Huffington Post, Prada has finally had enough. The brand is suing Preferred Fragrance Inc. for a knockoff of Prada Candy. The copycat fragrance, called Party Candy, is almost laughably similar to its predecessor, from the name to the logo to the girl on the box. The only real difference here is the price. While Prada Candy is $82, Party Candy is $3.99. One penny short of four whole dollars.

Preferred Fragrance's website defines itself as "the leading distributor of designer-inspired perfumes," so it's not like they're pretending that they don't rip off designer fragrances. But, we think there's a line between taking inspiration from a product and straight-up stealing the idea — and apparently, Prada thinks so, too.
