Who she is: Sally Khim, a merchandising graduate from FIDM
Where we spotted her: 16th Street and Guerrero
Why we love her: While matchy-matchy doesn't usually work, we're loving how the burst of Yves Klein blue (our fave!) in Sally's vintage sweater is the exact same hue found in her Jeffrey Campbell heels and the swipe of eyeliner across her lids. Her black All Saints maxi-skirt and matching studded bag, however, keep it all looking modern, classic, and grounded.
