Which is why we're especially excited for this Friday, when the reigning queen of the American-fashion scene, Donna Karan, hits up San Francisco to celebrate her brand-new in-shop boutique at Saks Fifth Avenue in Union Square.
The New York native, known for comfy, luxe basics, expertly draped wares, and her insane business savvy, will be unveiling her new space and meeting and greeting fans all the while.
