Work It Out! Mom’s Core Class Targets Tummies

It's real talk when we say that post-prego mommies are our heroes. Not only are they caring for a brand new babe with endless needs and irregular sleep schedules, but they're also trying to reclaim the glory of their pre-baby bods. On Your Mark Training and Coaching was equally impressed, and to show new moms how much they get it, they've created Mom's Core and More, a workout revolving around tummy-toning and increasing strength and stamina.
