Vans’ Vault Line Digs Up California-Classic Art For Their Fall Collection

vans-vault-fall-09-1.jpg
Over the years, Anaheim's special brand of SoCal cool has blessed us with the likes of No Doubt, Disneyland, and Vans, the sneaker company known for their laid-back designs and skateboarder street cred. With over forty years of cool kid history under their belts, the brand is going back to their roots for their fall '09 Vault line, featuring work from legendary Cali counterculture artists Rick Griffin, Robert Williams, and Taka Hayashi on shoes and t-shirts. We're keen on the Native American-inspired Akat shoe and the Del Barco Lo, which are kind of like top-siders with a kick. After all these years, Vans continues to churn out designs that are "off the wall."
