Around here, nothing gives us that good ol' nails-on-a-chalkboard feeling like overused phrases, words, or cliches. And yet, no one has really provided us with the call-out we've been craving. Until now. The revamped Chicago Now community is home to "Lists That Actually Matter," a blog after our own hearts. The list on our minds today contains 11 overused phrases that needed to die a good, solid death long ago, yet linger on. Who knows, maybe it's time to clean out your own verbiage junk drawer.
