Posh downtown hotel The Clift is helping you get your indie-music fix this summer with a series of free concerts (dubbed: the Clift Sessions) kicking off tonight and continuing through August 19. The first group to make their way to the woodsy and intimate stage at the Velvet Room will be summer festival darlings, Gayngs from Minneapolis, followed by The Vaccines, Mark Gardener (from Ride), Cults, and Dirty Beaches. While each event is completely free, guests are required to RSVP beforehand at cliftsessions@morganshotelgroup.com.
