Summer has finally arrived in Chicago, and that means beaches, patios, and most importantly, delicious, seasonal cocktails. We love us a good Blue Moon or Summer Shandy, but there's really no replacing a unique, summer sipper. Tavern on Rush – a Chicago favorite – has revamped its cocktail list to match this beautiful weather, and we're swooning over all of the new recipes. If you're in the mood for some bubbly, there's the combination of Grey Goose Pear, St. Germaine, and champagne, or, for something fresh and spicy, be sure to choose the combination of muddled strawberries, Don Julio tequila, Patron Citronge, and jalapenos in their updated margarita. We'd recommend enjoying them on the patio, but that's just us.
