If you don't have Sunday plans on this gorgeous weekend, we've got an idea for you. One of the Mission's hottest blocks is celebrating its utter radness today at the Florida Street Block Party. Head to the strip for musical performances (three DJs, eight bands, and one dance troupe!), loads of food, soccer, kite construction, Play-Doh sculptures, chalk art throw-downs, and lots more.
You can even give back to the micro-hood by contributing a dish to the mass potluck (just attach a label with your name and the ingredients you used). Just remember to BYO chair, plate, utensils, and non-glass cups. Also, your dancing shoes. "Dancing is encouraged whenever and however, everywhere," the flier states. Get the full deets below.
