East Coast expats, rejoice! The semi-high-end Mexican eatery, Rosa Mexicano, which has three popular NYC locations, is on its way to San Francisco. Inside Scoop SF has the, well, scoop, that the mini-chain is rolling out a big expansion plan, which includes new locations in L.A., Minneapolis, D.C., and S.F. The latter will be 7,800 square feet location and land at the Embarcadero's One Market building in the first half of 2012. Here's hoping they install one of those neat-o waterfall walls.
