Send over the Swedes, please! Since Carin Rodebjer's's last collection, we've been getting our Rodebjer fill through companies like Urban Outfitters who have been capitalizing on the coolness factor by inviting Nordic designers like Rodebjer to make the jump stateside. We awaited the arrival of Rodebjer's spring '12 debut, which takes its inspiration from materials found in an artist's studio. The fabrics featured throughout the lookbook are reminiscent of watercolors, while the color palette remains in shades of clay (ranging from desert orange to the bluest of hues). "We imagine an artist frantically mixing life and work under the blazing sun of the Mediterranean Coast... when everything is connected when life feeds art, art feeds life and something unique, and wholly natural is born." Click through for a collection that'll satisfy Rodebjer and Rothko fans alike indeed!
