Not that we're obsessed with dogs or anything, but this story totally bums us out. One New Yorker — and dedicated dog dad — is fighting for custody of his puggle and it's costing him a pretty penny. After a (clearly bad) breakup, Craig Dershowitz's ex allegedly kidnapped little Knuckles and dragged him all the way to California. Although the beach doesn't sound like the worst place for the little guy, Dershowitz claims Knuckles "loved New York" — we love this dog already — and rightfully belongs to him. In fact, he feels so strongly, he's already paid over $60,000 in court fees for his number one pal.
