Paul Kahan, who can cook no wrong, is featured in the video produced by Vice. It's not him teaching you how to cook, or telling you about the concept for some not-opening-this-year restaurant. Instead, it's him dining at other fine culinary establishments around Chicago and explaining why he loves them. In his company are his comrades and fellow food and drink creatives responsible for the happiness of too many Chicagoans to count.
