See Chicago’s Best Local Shops Hit The Runway

One doesn't often associate a car dealership with high fashion, but the city's most stylish flocked to the Lincoln Park MINI store Friday. The occasion? The Midsummer Fashion Show, the second go-around of the now-annual fete benefitting the Human Rights Campaign. Over 200 Chicagoans joined hosts Jeff Conway of NBC 5, Terrence Chappell of Chicago Pride, and Brette Borow, founder of Girl's Guide To for a night of local style.
Shops like AKIRA, The Denim Lounge, and J.Toor sent looks down the runway. If you didn't get a chance to see the show, fret not — we've got exclusive pics from the night, so you can marvel at all the summer fashion (and the hunky models don't hurt, either).
