Blackbird Blackbird, Bardot, April 19, $10

Formally known as Bye Bye Blackbird, this electro-fused musical project is backed by San Francisco musician Mikey Maramag whose multi-faceted production capabilities make up the comprehensive sounds that are Blackbird Blackbird. His single “Ups and Downs” fawned even the toughest indie-music snobs, and now you can form your own opinion of his melancholy mixes. His new LP "Erasers" is scheduled to drop in late summer, so expect to get a little taste of something new.
Thursday, April 19, 9 p.m., Bardot. 3456 North Miami Avenue, 305-576-5570.
