Jeremy Scott doesn't do little things. It no wonder, then, that after three seasons showing abroad, Scott returned to New York Fashion Week Fall 2010 with a bang so fierce they probably heard it back in London. It's only fitting that the innovative designer, who's the go-to guy for outrageous creations that Lady Gaga, Rihanna, and Madonna go...well, gaga over, has partnered with Alternative Apparel for a unique take on the quintessential Little Black Dress. He debuted three styles on the runway today, including a sexy bodysuit and one with a glamorous over-sized hood. When we asked the outspoken designer about his signature Jeremy Scott for Alternative Apparel looks, he added, "The collection is inspired by fashion. I wanted to create something ironic and timeless at the same time." He was equally enthused about the fabrics. "Alternative Apparel's quality is amazing. The fabric is so luxurious. The spandex just moves so smoothly." We got a sneak-peek with the Pray For Fashion tees in our gift bags. Needless to say, we want more!
Jeremy Scott and Richard Chai Alternative Apparel T-Shirts will be available exclusively on refinery29shops.com in March.
