4 Local Bands Will Rock Your Socks Off At This Holiday Benefit

noise
Four kick-ass local bands are prepared to blow your mind for an evening, but you've got to give them something in return — toys. Noise for Toys is a holiday rock show and benefit donating new, unwrapped toys to the US Marine Corp Reserve's Toys For Tots charity.

On December 16, State and Madison, Archie Powell & The Exports, The Noise FM, and The Scissors are swarming The Beat Kitchen to play seasonal covers and somehow talk you into sitting on Santa's lap. Yes, he'll be there. Bring a new, unwrapped toy and get 1/2 your admission for the night! A mere $5 to hear all this rad local rock (holiday-style) is like, nothing. Who's coming toy shopping with us?

The Beat Kitchen, 2100 West Belmont Avenue (at Hoyne Avenue); 773-281-4444.
