We had to do a double-take when we first laid eyes on the fall '09 lookbook for London-based retailer Joseph's private label. The pin-straight locks, strong brow, kohl-rimmed eyes—un peu comme Carine, non? WWD reports that Joseph has been looking to revamp their classic image into something edgier, and we can't think of any better way to do it than with a doppelgänger of the French Vogue editrix. If you've ever wanted to copy Carine's look but didn't know where to start, may we suggest snatching up one of Joseph's luxe leopard-print coats or stately structured jackets. Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, after all....
