After having a blowout celebration for their fifth-anniversary in 2011, Downtown Music — which reps acts like Santigold, Justice, Gnarls Barkley, Major Lazer, Miike Snow, Cold War Kids, White Denim, Duck Sauce, and Mos Def — will be throwing another massive, two-day New York City festival showcasing more of their best bands.
This year, the fest will take place May 10 and 11 in venues all over New York City's Lower East Side, including Pianos, Mercury Lounge, Tammany Hall, Bowery Ballroom, and Cake Shop. Seeing as you can easily walk from one show to another, it should be a cinch to check out all the bands you want. (Ticket options include individual showcases, two-day passes, and single-day passes.) And to celebrate, we're giving away a pair of tickets! All you have to do is leave a comment about your most epic music festival memory, and we'll pick a winner at random.
