Brunch Box Truck Debut Delayed

Bummer. For those of you excited to visit perhaps the prettiest food truck in town this weekend, alas, you will have to wait. It seems that the majorly cute Brunch Box truck—which will serve flurry ricotta pancakes, pork-belly hash, and other upgraded breakfast faves—has run into a little snafu. "The Brunch Box launch got pushed back to next week due to our health inspection being delayed," co-owner Caroline Hummer emailed last night. "We should (fingers crossed) be open next weekend. Hope to see you there!" Us, too! Food truck fiends: Trust we'll update you when things are set in stone.
