We Almost Don’t Want To Tell You How Much We Love Ada St.

ada main

In a declaration of our undying love for our readers, we're spilling the details of our new favorite hidden gem restaurant. Rather than keep this unbelievably delicious spot to ourselves, we're going to go ahead and tell you to go. Now. Like, stop reading this post and go. Chef Zoe Schor and her seemingly other-worldly culinary skills had us literally asking for refills on dishes like fried black eyed peas, salmon tartare, and some gnocchi we are still having dreams about. Rounding out the resto's swe-et team is Tim Lacey, who introduced himself to us as Ada St.'s spiritual advisor, and dazzled us with cocktails like the Felonious Monk, a drink made of only monk-related spirits. We know it sounds a little weird, but please just go with it. Don't you dare skip dessert, unless you hate doughnuts. And if you hate doughnuts, we can't be friends. Look for a righteous patio space to open once the weather warms up for real.
