Whether you've been covered in sweat or drenched in rain water, chances are you've been wet all month. With gnarly weekend thunderstorms blowing the power and dashing the dreams of an entire city, July 2011 is officially the wettest month on record in over a century. So, let us get this straight: A blizzard in winter, a sauna in summer. If this doesn't ease up soon, we're gonna need something a lot more convincing than even Topshop to keep us in Chicago.
