Winter takes a major toll on your lips — between dry air, forced heat, and blustery winds, your pout can go from soft and kissable to lizard-like in no time. Once it gets cold, I usually stick to a balm-plus-lipstick routine, but I've just discovered Clinique's Almost Lipstick in Black Honey — and it may change my ways forever.
The product has been one of the brand's best-selling items since its launch in 1971, and it's pretty clear why: The soft (not sticky) texture, universally flattering berry hue, and ultra-moisturizing formula make it a must-have in your makeup kit. In January, they'll actually be launching seven additional shades, including a girly pink, a rich toffee, and — my other fave — a bright, sheer red. Considering that just one of these babies will replace at least three products in your current cosmetic arsenal, they're a pretty good investment, no?
