#DogsofInstagram Model Mr. Porter’s Spring Collection

Between Joan Didion, Joni Mitchell, and Julia Roberts, this season has already seen its fair share of unexpected campaign models. But, Mr. Porter is here to one-up everybody — because its recent spin on stunt casting might just be the cutest one ever. For spring 2015, the e-tailer has recruited five of Instagram's most famous dogs to model some of menswear's biggest trends. The mini-lookbook launched yesterday (timed perfectly to #NationalPuppyDay), and stars a roster of A-list pups: Geordi La Corgi, Otis Barkington, Logan's Look, Chango Leon, and Remix The Dog. Each "model" was decked out in clothing from Mr. Porter's spring collections, inspired by different style tribes, like hipsters, preps, and retro-lovers. But, even more impressive than the clothing itself (which represented a variety of labels, from Lanvin to Steven Alan) was the fact that these dogs managed to show the outfits off so well. The adorable campaign basically proved what we suspected all along: Puppies and designer collections just go together. Whether they're modeling human clothes or pet accessories, our four-legged friends have never looked so stylish.
