Victoria Beckham Commits To The Interwebs, Launches E-Commerce

We warmly welcome Victoria Beckham to the wonderful world of e-commerce (you’ve seen our shop right?).
The celebrity designer launched her website this week and as it turns out, she was very hands on in its inception. “There’s a cool, edgy rawness to it — and that’s very much how I wanted it to look. With regards to the imagery, I haven’t done anything too complicated. I’ve kept it real. It’s very relatable. I didn’t want the images to be super glossy and retouched — I find that quite an old-fashioned approach. It’s very honest. That’s why people respond to the brand in the way that they do.”

As well as the main line and the Victoria Victoria Beckham diffusion label, the site will exclusively sell the VB Icon collection, a re-issued edit of dresses from previous seasons in colorways the designer wears herself. How very up close and personal. We’re big fans of the label’s subtle corsetry, striking colour palette, and sophisticated accessories. Oh, and VB on Twitter is pretty fabulous, too.
