Why we love her: It's still summer, and Cecile is living proof. Just when we think the last days are upon us, we take a cue from Cecile and are inspired to whip out a cute printed bandeau and jumper, some rockin' shades, and make the most of the sunshine we've got left. Before you think her lace-up boots are a mismatch, consider the fact that while everyone got grimy in sandals, Cecile's piggies stayed protected and pretty—in an unexpected way.
