The best way to look after yourself is subjective. Whether it’s catching up with friends or taking a walk alone in nature, there’s no right or wrong way to fill up your metaphorical cup.
However, if you’re partial to being a bit of a sweet tooth, one way to indulge in self-care is to bake you and your loved ones a delicious treat.
If you’re short on time or just want a no-fuss baking experience, then read on for four dessert recipes that only use a handful of ingredients.
From decadent French toast to wintery s'mores, these Baileys Liqueur recipes will help you to make room for more indulgence in your life.

Choco Mousse

This chocolate cream mousse is a delicious, adult take on a crowd favourite.

200ml Baileys Original Irish Cream Liqueur
2 medium eggs, separated
150g dark chocolate, chopped
1tsp unsalted butter
250ml double cream
Chocolate shavings to garnish

Melt the chocolate and allow it to cool slightly. Then, beat in the egg yolks and butter.
Lightly whip the cream and Baileys. Fold half of it into the chocolate mix.
Whisk the egg whites until just stiff. Fold with the chocolate mixture. Try not to eat it all at this point.
Spoon half of the chocolate mousse into four glasses, follow with some chocolate shavings and then half of the cream mixture.
Repeat the layers and top with the remaining chocolate shavings.
Pop it in the fridge for three hours before serving it to your enamoured guests. Done!
