That's how we're delivering this news: rag & bone is moving into the Fillmore District, after a months-long wait for S.F. City Planning Commission's A-okay. The store will replace what was once Royal Ground Coffee and its neighboring laundromat. As if we couldn't love the fashionable zip code any more, this new neighbor is one we're ready to welcome with open arms.
The New York-based design house is known for its sleek, urban looks that will be more than at home on the streets of this stylish pocket of our West Coast town. The neighborhood has recently welcomed Parisian brand Sandro among its swoon-worthy (and shopable) residents. And, we're already piecing together a dream wardrobe of all the chic tuxedo pants and whisper-thin frocks we'll soon be able to shop in the flesh. The store's summer opening may still feel far away, but, it'll be throwing that closet of yours a bone real soon. (The New Fillmore)
