Yes, Please! Sable Rolls Out New Cocktails For Spring

We look forward to new cocktails at Sable almost as much as we look forward to Fashion Week. Both are equally delicious. Mike Ryan and his talented compatriots delight your booze-craving tastebuds once again with fresh-for-spring creations like the Commandotroepen, a mix of Bols Genever, rhubarb, cucumber, and Prosecco. Can't pronounce it? Try a Marostica, with Nardini Grappa, blueberry syrup, Benedictine, and lemon bitters. And since we're in Chicago, be sure to indulge in a Swine and Thine, a blend of crème de cacao, housemade chocolate bitters, and (no kidding) bacon-infused Ron Zacapa. We're feeling warmer already. Kinda.
