With Franz Ferdinand (above, right), N.E.R.D., Hot Chip, M.I.A. and Chaka Khan announced as performers, this will be one blowout to to end all blowouts, that wouldn't benefit from the lackluster half-baked skills of former teen queen Spears…or would it?
