Vintage Fairistych Embroidered Bedspread

This amazing hand embroidered Fairistych bedspread has been embroidered on ecru Irish Linen with a hemstitched edge, which goes all around. The embroidery has been done using cotton Perle to a very high standard. This bedspread measures 2.25 m x 2.25 m or 89 inches x 89 inches. It has not been laundered since it has been embroidered. There are storage marks commensurate with its age and length of time stored. There is also a transfer mark which I have tried to research unsuccessfully. The unwrapped weight of this is 1.6 kg
