Here at Refinery, safety is always in. Kind of helps explain our love of glasses and crossing-guard-worthy brights. But since the seat-belt-as-belt expired in the early '90s, we've been looking both ways for fashionable ways to play it safe. Well heads up: The helmet is on—the runway, that is—and not a moment too soon. After all, how many more models must fall and risk possible head trauma?
