Fashion Gets Wild At A New Must-See Exhibit

It's no secret that fashion and art go hand in hand, which is why local super-chic boutique Mark Shale created a way for shoppers to experience both. The Mark Shale Project Space showcases a rotating collection of artwork alongside the wearable art they sell in stores. The newest exhibition, inspired by their spring campaign "Mark Shale is the nature of fashion," features the oh-so-awesome photos of Michael S. Lewis. The multi-talented photog (he's a doctor, too) snapped the shots from all across the globe (literally!), for his new book, One World: A View of Seven Countries, and they are seriously breathtaking.

Check out the images this Thursday, when Mark Shale throws a bash celebrating the opening of the exhibit — in addition to some serious eye candy (the art, people), they'll be serving drinks and apps, and Dr. Lewis himself will be on hand to sign copies of his book. If you can't make the free drinks art show, the photos will be on display in all three Mark Shale locations through the end of May.
When: Thursday, April 5 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
Where: 900 North Michigan Avenue (between East Walton Street and East Delaware Place).
