Where We Spotted Her: Tackling a major summer shopping spree.
Why We Love Her: While pastels, especially of the lime green variety, are super hot for summer, it can be tricky to wear them without looking like you're dressed for the yacht club. (Unless you're actually, you know, going to the yacht club). We're going gaga (we had to!) for Gaga's strategy of pairing preppy shorts with a vintage lace top to give some edge and personality to her ensemble. Take the old adage of mixing high and low to a new level by daring to don modern and vintage. Plus, you can never go wrong with an oh-so-hip (and handy!) backpack.
