Katy Perry Belts Out “Firework” With An Autistic Superfan, Our Hearts Explode

Prepare to be moved. Seriously, tears-welling-up, feeling-good-about-humanity moved. During Sunday's "Night Of Too Many Stars" on Comedy Central, Katy Perry was joined on stage by Jodi DiPiazza, a young woman who was born with autism. And in the video below, we learn Jodi's story: Her parents and doctors didn't think she would be able to speak or have a normal childhood, but thanks to a great school and early encouragement of Jodi's love of music, she now has the chance to experience a normal life.
Well, almost normal. Because not every girl gets to expertly accompany her favorite singer on piano, which is exactly what she does for KP on Comedy Central.
