Katy Perry Belts Out "Firework" With An Autistic Superfan, Our Hearts Explode

Prepare to be moved. Seriously, tears-welling-up, feeling-good-about-humanity moved. During Sunday's "Night Of Too Many Stars" on Comedy Central, Katy Perry was joined on stage by Jodi DiPiazza, a young woman who was born with autism. And in the video below, we learn Jodi's story: Her parents and doctors didn't think she would be able to speak or have a normal childhood, but thanks to a great school and early encouragement of Jodi's love of music, she now has the chance to experience a normal life.

Check out the incredible performance, and revel in the never-ending hug Jodi gives Katy. (Do you feel that, in your chest? That is your heart bursting.)
As if we needed more proof that Jon Stewart might be the best human being ever....
