Where we spotted her: Combing through vintage wares at the Randolph Street Market in the West Loop.
Why we love her: This, friends, is how you do a printed palazzo pant. The sometimes unflattering, consistently hard-to-style trousers can be a fashion girl's kryptonite, but our lovely street style subject has pulled them off seamlessly. The vertical stripes slim down the billowy shape, as vertical stripes love to do, and adding a bright violet blouse makes this outfit so perfectly spring. And, we love the way Elyse has loaded on the (self-made!) jewels — super unique rings, bracelets, and necklaces that give off the image of a seasoned vintage pro.
