Last week, we told you about the somewhat mean/totally intriguing 23-year-strong Ugliest Dog Contest going down at the Sonoma-Marin County Fair on Friday. And now, the results are in! Drumroll, please. Coming in at just under two pounds, the winner is..Yoda, an uber-scruffy Chinese Crested-Chihuaua mix. According to the
