It is made by renowned winemaker Jean-Clause Mas in the stunningly beautiful Limoux wine region in France's wild and ancient Languedoc. 100% Chardonnay, it is made using the traditional method creating tiny bubbles and complex flavours of buttery brioche and white blossom. It makes a great aperitif but is also perfect with seafood.
