Just in time to cure the boredom that only a scandal-fueled, reality-show drought can inflict, our favorite Miami mamacitas are back, and they’re bringing out their Bulgari-adorned claws. The second season of The Real Housewives of Miami premiered this week, and we've got the scoop on the who’s who and what’s new in the lives of Miami's favorite social-climbing lasses.

Back for some eye-rolling and gala-throwing action are season-one favorites, like the show’s self-appointed queen bee Leah Black, sassy Brazilian native Adriana De Moura, glitzy PR maven Marysol Patton, and, of course, her colorful, spiritually aware mother, Elsa, who’s always ready with some matriarchal advice on love, life, and how a true lady makes an exit — she recently made headlines after leaving a party strapped to a gurney. (All that excitement can really ruin a lady’s buzz!)
Bring In The New Girls!
Adding even more heat to this already simmering pot of crazy is a new batch of broads ready to walk all over each other in their brand-new Jimmy Choos. Get out the Godivas and let’s get to know them.
Lisa Hochstein: First on the list of new cast mates is Lisa Hochstein, wife of Dr. Lenny Lochstein, “boob god” to the ladies-who-lunch set. Rumor has it that tensions built and hair extensions flew between 29-year-old Lisa and Miami’s own Regina George, Mrs. Black.
Karent Sierra: Next is Karent Sierra, a Colombian-American beauty queen with an equally smoking hot telenovela BF, Rodolfo Jiménez. While Sierra claims to have a heart of gold and a smile to match (she’s Miami’s go-to dentist), word on the street is she’s a tough chick with a thick skin to match, something that will come in handy in surviving her fellow housewives’ icy glares.
Ana Quincoces: Sexy attorney-turned-celerity-chef Ana Quincoces also joins the cast, cooking up some biting wit and, allegedly, a spoonful of family drama.
Joanna Krupa: Last but not least is Miami’s answer to Gisele Bündchen: supermodel Joanna Krupa, who never met a bikini (or a spotlight) she didn’t love. Bloggers had a ball after Krupa snubbed her sultry brunette counterpart, De Moura, at a recent event. Is this a hint of more wicked fun to come this season? Here’s hoping!
