Climb Into This Local Artist’s Bed On Saturday Night

We love a girl who's a good triple threat: brains, style, and sass? Yes please. So, we're more amped than usual for February's Second Saturday—the monthly gallery walk in Wynwood—where we will be attending the opening night of said triple threat, Miami-based artist Jessy Nite. Nite will be debuting her new exhibition at Primary Projects, appropriately entitled ‘Bad As I Wanna Be', which combines her background in fashion and design—think tongue-in-cheek, blingy collectibles that focus on female empowerment, like the typographic goodie pictured above, a necklace that states "All Thriller No Filler." Besides statement accessories, Nite will be inviting you to climb into a full-size bed. Once you lie down, you'll be able to see the words 'Bad As I Wanna Be' hanging over you in wild, cursive letters. We'll let you decide just how bad you wanna get...

When: Saturday, February 11, 2012 at 7:00 p.m..

Where: Primary Projects, 4141 NE 2nd Avenue; Suite 104.
