To get the look, prep your skin with foundation, concealer, and powder. Use black liquid liner to draw in a thick cat-eye. The end of your brow serves a guideline to flick up the liner at the outer corner. Then, pull from the end of your wing back in toward your lower lashline, and fill in the center of the shape. Using a glitter-packed silver liner, draw a thick line along your lower lashline to dress up your look. Apply a healthy coat of mascara to your upper and lower lashes. For added definition, fill in your brows with a pencil one shade lighter than your natural color, and brush them up with brow gel. Add hints of color to your look with pink blush and pale-pink lip gloss.
