To get the look, press and blend white eyeshadow all over your lid from your lashline to your browbone. Use an angled brush to apply black gel eyeliner along your upper lashline, flicking the line up at the outer corner. Next, use the product left on your brush, and run it along your lower lashline until it meets the tip of your winged outer corner. Then, use your angled brush to apply brightening concealer to your inner eye. Apply three coats of mascara, combing between coats for a lush effect. Finish with a rosy-bronze lipstick and white nails to keep the look mod.
