To get the look, prep skin with an illuminator and a BB cream. Using a fluffy eyeshadow brush, dust a peachy-pink eyeshadow all over the eyelid, intensifying the shade at the inner corner and under the brow. Then, use a bright-pink shadow along the upper and lower lashlines. Finally, apply a pastel-blue shadow just to the center of the lid on the upper and lower lashlines and under the brow arch for an opalescent finish.
