It's been close to two years since we last visited Hogwarts in the theaters. The war has since passed and the surviving characters are presumably living wondrous, magical lives. And, as much as we're still feeling empty nest syndrome, no one is feeling it more than J.K. Rowling herself. Luckily, she's providing the cure with her upcoming spinoff series.

Casting has yet to be announced, but that hasn't stopped us from reminiscing on the good 'ole days of witchcraft and wizardry. We all know the three bigwigs of the wizarding world have graduated to grown-up stardom. Emma Watson has become a darling of young Hollywood and the fashion world; Rupert Grint is slowly shedding his Weasley charm for grit and grime, and Daniel Radcliffe, perhaps the most successful actor to break away from the franchise, has three very different movies opening this year (his latest, Kill Your Darlings , opens this weekend).
