Weekend Must-Do: A Heart-Warming Fashion Party That Benefits The Kiddies

We always love a good locally minded cause. Add children — and fashion! — into that mix and our hearts instantly melt. Which is why we'll definitely be at Mission shop Nooworks this weekend to celebrate a collab between the boutique-slash-clothing label and graphic designer Timothy Goodman, who created special S.F.-inspired prints for Nooworks' latest capsule collection (like the 'hood-rific print to the left!).
And Goodman didn't stop there. He also partnered with local do-good organization Collective Good, which in turn collaborated with non-profit The Imagine Bus Project and 50 local school children to create art work inspired by what they love most about S.F.
Those sweet pieces will be on display and available for purchase at this Saturday’s event and all proceeds go to The Imagine School Bus, which promotes art programs in underserved communities.
Be there to support an awesome cause, get your fashion fix, and of course, partake in the vino that will inevitably be a-flowin'. Mark your weekend calendar accordingly!
When: Saturday, April 7, 5 to 9 p.m.
Where: Nooworks, 395 Valencia Street (at 15th Street); 415-829-7623.
