Somerset House. London Fashion Week mother ship and starting next Friday, our second home. We can’t wait to see the flights of fancy, thematic visions, and “WTF is that?” creations that will be parading down the runway.
But, it’s not just the courtyard that is taken up with fantastical drama, as it turns out. Immersive theatre company Dreamthinkspeak’s latest production, In The Beginning Was The End, has infiltrated the hidden rooms and corridors underneath the building. The plot line is a closely guarded secret but reports are that Leonardo da Vinci and the Book of Revelations are both important inspirations.
