See, if you love nail art as much as we do, this is the challenge (and opportunity) for you. Working with our friends at Revlon, we're searching high and low for the best nail artists to star in a new video filmed right here at Refinery29 HQ. And, yes, that involves an all-expense-paid trip to NYC.
